About our Hong Kong operations

BGC Securities and BGC Capital Markets were both originally owned by Cantor Fitzgerald, known respectively as Cantor Fitzgerald Asia LLC and Cantor Fitzgerald Asia Money Markets Ltd.

When Cantor Fitzgerald separated its voice brokerage business to create BGC Partners L.P. in 2004, they became BGC Securities (Hong Kong) LLC and BGC Capital Markets (Hong Kong) Ltd.

BGC Securities (Hong Kong) office

BGC Securities (Hong Kong), LLC is regulated by the Securities and Futures Commission to deal with securities related products. Our brokers deal in government and corporate bonds, US treasury trades and convertible bonds in all Asian emerging markets as well as in the US and Europe.

BGC Capital Markets (Hong Kong) office

BGC Capital Markets (Hong Kong) Limited is registered with the Hong Kong Monetary Authority as a Money Broker. We have brokers dealing with FX and swaps related products.
