About BGC's Istanbul office
BGC has been one of the major market players in Turkish OTC debt, FX and swaps markets since 1998.
At the end of 2006, BGC purchased a brokerage firm in based in Istanbul which has enabled it to add the derivative and equity markets of Turkey to its product scope.
Management team
Emre Temelli, General Manager:
As General Manager, Mr. Temelli is responsible for the continued expansion of BGC’s business in the fast growing Turkish markets.
Mr. Temelli has over 15 years’ experience in the financial markets in Turkey having previously worked at Aruna, a private brokerage house representing Cantor in the OTC markets of Istanbul.
Mr. Temelli graduated from Istanbul Technical University as a Management Engineer, followed by completion of a masters degree in Money and Banking.
