About Euro Brokers' Mexico office
The Mexico office handles peso government debt, inflation and mortgage backed securities, corporate debt, forwards, swaps and derivatives markets. The office has been in operation since 1996 when it was opened by Euro Brokers, and since the merger with BGC, is part of the group's expansion plans into other developing markets.
Management team
Guillermo R. Somerville, Managing Director:
Guillermo Somerville joined the Mexico team in 1997. Since 2005, Mr. Somerville has been responsible for the management and brokerage operations of the Mexican markets as well as for the continued expansion of the business. His broking career began in 1987 in the local foreign exchange and money markets.
