    Stephen M. Merkel is Executive Vice President and General Counsel of BGC Partners, Inc. Mr. Merkel is also the Executive Managing Director, General Counsel, Secretary and Director of Cantor Fitzgerald, L.P. Previously, he was the Director, Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary of eSpeed, Inc., a leader in electronic financial marketplaces and trading technology which merged with BGC Partners in 2008.

    Executive Vice President, Chief Operating Officer, Co-Global Head of Brokerage, BGC Partners, Inc.

    Sean Windeatt is responsible for BGC’s global front office business operations. Mr. Windeatt has over a decade of experience in financial markets and has been responsible for business management at BGC since 2001. He is also Co-Global Head of Brokerage alongside Jean-Pierre Aubin and John Abularrage, all reporting to Mr. Lutnick.

    Lori Pennay oversees all human resources, compensation, and partnership administration functions for the company globally. Previously, Ms. Pennay served as a Vice President and Assistant General Counsel, where she provided legal advice and representation to BGC with respect to employment and partnership matters.

    Caroline A. Koster is Chief Counsel for Securities and Corporate Governance, General Counsel, ESG, Managing Director and Corporate Secretary for the company. She oversees corporate governance and advises executive management, the Board of Directors and the Audit, Compensation and ESG Committees with respect to SEC reporting, securities, corporate transactions, related party matters, investor relations, ESG, ethics, communications, and other strategic and operational matters.

    Daniel LaVecchia oversees BGC's global foreign exchange products broking and is responsible for leading the expansion of BGC as a global wholesale fixed-income, interest rate, foreign exchange, and derivative brokerage firm.
